Every small batch of Octavio Tequila begins with the exceptionally pure, spring water of the Volcano of Tequila. After traveling from the top of the volcano to 70 meters beneath its surface, the water is enriched with a perfect balance of minerals that contribute to our signature-tasting tequilas. Itβs then combined with agave plants from fields in the Trans-Mexican Volcanic belt in Tequila, Jalisco. Nurtured by semi-arid semi-humid soil, ideal climate conditions, and the perfect altitude, these plants, once paired with naturally fermented Brazilian yeasts, create our rich, refined taste.

Our appreciation for the gift of land inspired us to put our innovation skills to the test. The result? A distillation process that utilizes 60% less water and 50% less energy than traditional techniques, allowing us to do our part in preserving our landβs precious resources.
But thatβs not all. Our unique distillation process is recognized by the Tequila Regulatory Council as part of the most sustainable method of tequila production. As for the classic taste weβre known for, we use only steam and water in our clean, pure liquid extraction process.
